Orders and payment

By placing an order, you represent that the order information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or prohibited content.

Artwork, proofs, and customer responsibility

You retain ownership of your artwork and grant us a limited license to review, prepare, print, and deliver it for your order. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to reproduce all submitted content. You are responsible for spelling, layout, color expectations, dimensions, cut lines, image resolution, and other details you approve in a proof.

We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe. Minor variation in color, cut position, size, and material is inherent in custom printing and is not a defect when within normal production tolerances.

Production, shipping, returns, and refunds

Production estimates begin after payment, usable artwork, and any required proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape it in violation of law, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” except for express promises stated here. Sierra Stickers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where Sierra Stickers is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
